Everything FileRun does.
Every plan includes all of it.
Office documents, PDFs, images including camera RAW, video, audio, e-books, 3D
models and CAD drawings. All of them open in the browser.
You can look inside an archive without unpacking it.
Documents open in ONLYOFFICE, Collabora or LibreOffice Online on your own server,
or in Google, Zoho or Microsoft 365. Several people can edit the same document at
the same time.
Images, text and source code have their own editors.
When a file is overwritten, the old version is saved. You can restore it.
Deleted files go to the trash. A file can be locked while somebody works on it, so
two people cannot overwrite each other.
Share a folder with one person or a whole group, and pick one of seven roles with
a single click: Viewer, Commenter, Editor, Contributor, Distributor, Content
manager or Uploader.
The folder appears under Shared with me in their account. Nothing is copied or
moved.
Share with an e-mail address, even if that person has no account — FileRun creates
a guest account for them.
Or send a link. Whoever opens it sees the full interface, not a limited public
page.
Passwords, expiry dates, download limits, and terms to accept before
downloading.
File requests accept uploads only. One switch turns off every public link on the
server.
Your files sit in a normal folder on the computer. Work in your usual programs,
and the changes go to the server on their own.
Two-way sync for Windows, macOS and Linux. Sync everything, or only the folders

iOS and Android apps. Photos on the phone can be backed up to your own server
automatically.
You can also add FileRun to the home screen and use it like an app.

The image is uploaded to the folder you have open, and you get a link to it.
Elasticsearch and Apache Tika read the text inside your PDFs and office files, so
you can search the contents and not only the file names.
Files added over FTP, or in any other way, are indexed as well.
OCR reads scanned PDFs and photos of documents. You can then search an old paper archive, even though nobody typed the text.
Create your own fields and choose which file types use them. Show them as columns,
sort and search on them.
Exif, IPTC and XMP data is read from photos on upload, and any file can carry tags,
star ratings, colors and comments.
