Software Users

A registered FileRun installation contacts our servers under the following circumstances:

  • Automatically, for checking for software updates, when accessin FileRun, signed in with your FileRRun superuser account.
  • Manually, for checking for software updates, when requested by the FileRun admin user.

During this process no personally-identifying information or other data that you might have on your server is being forwarded to our servers. The only information collected is in relation to the FileRun application version and its required software environment (such as Operating system type and version and PHP version) which we use for our own statistical purposes.

All of the information that is collected is handled in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Protection of personal information

We will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.
